I was recently with Corbi and Jesús (Mexican roommate in my Corridor) in the Air Force Museum Malmslätt. That is just 2-3 km from Linköping. The region around Linköping is relatively flat and wind can be found here very often and it was already in the 20s of the 20th Century, it started a flight school. In 1937 the company was founded Saab in Linköping. They focused on building military aircraft. Very soon they developed the first jet aircraft.
In Linköping, there are now two airports. A civilian in the east of the city, at the Saab plant and an
NEN military in the West. Even today, here built combat aircraft and can be heard regularly jets rise into the air. first in the 50's Saab began with the production of cars and trucks and later (Saab-Scania).
The air force museum contains over 60 aircraft. The oldest aircraft is from 1912, the latest is the Saab Gripen, which is currently in production.
You can also engage in some planes and helicopters. Also, anti-aircraft guns can look at it. Many exhibits are there from the time of the 2nd World War II, with Sweden was independent, but many warring nations weapons produced.
