Birthday Greetings For A Crush

Moscow

We then arrived in Moscow this morning. The ride was horrible! Lousy road conditions, not only because of the bad weather and the traffic, but also because of the huge potholes. Because you can drive on dirt roads in Germany, faster and more pleasant.
Accordingly, we were all tired and totally ready. Unfortunately we had upon arrival at the Red Square begin the sightseeing tour and we could not absorb all the information because we were all so ready yet.
But Moscow is truly gigantic. With over 10 million inhabitants, it is a world metropolis. Skyscrapers, slums, huge roads ... A very spacious city. It is always a Kind of fog over the city, rather smog.
very strong police presence. Very impressive building. Kremlin and Red Square are probably the most important and popular tourist attraction. There is also the Lenin Mausoleum.
evening we were back on the road. Some people from our tour group, have unfortunately had some bad experiences in Moscow. They had to buy themselves free from the police because they had no passport there. Or others were robbed at a police check by the police themselves. Still others came in a disco in a drug raid.
quickly became clear to us in Moscow, where the clocks run the other. We felt insecure and so we were glad when we are 3 days later again were in Finland.
had the next day in Moscow we have a guided tour of the Kremlin. The design was very interesting. In the afternoon we were still in the Polytechnical Museum. And in the evening we drove back to St. Petersburg.
Moscow is compared to St. Petersburg is a cosmopolitan city. A huge city and wares city life with all the good and bad sides. The metro is very impressive. You feel like in a museum, because all the walls and ceilings are decorated so beautifully.
But I think it is in Moscow is not without its dangers. I would not go on your own to Moscow and rumspazieren not alone there.
St. Petersburg seemed to me but sumptuous and stylish because of all the palaces.
We were still a day and a night in St. Petersburg and then drove on the last day back to Finland to Turku, where we drove through the night with the ferry to Stockholm. Total
was the Russia trip a great experience. Russia is absolutely worth seeing and so a road trip was also (mostly) fun.

Does Spectro Gel Work

St. Petersburg

St. Petersburg has more than 4 million inhabitants and is the northernmost metropolis in the world. It lies at the mouth of Newas in the Baltic Sea. When we arrived in the evening in St. Petersburg, was probably just rush hour, the n we wandered over an hour around the city until we arrived at our hotel. The Azimut Hotel is the largest hotel in St. Petersburg. Some getting used to was ever the fact that we got a smoking room. Also in the hotel lobby, bar and restaurant was smoke everywhere. Since we know then how valuable is the smoking ban in our home. But is not surprising that so many smoke in Russia. You can buy a pack of cigarettes for 15-50 rubles (0.5 - 1.5 €). In general we can say that the cost of your daily needs are probably very low. Vodka can be bought for 50 rubles already. A bottle of beer for 20 rubles.
In restaurants, bars and clubs, however, the prices quite Europeanized. Since then you pay for a beer at least 100 rubles and 300 rubles for a cocktail, for example.
We were informed in advance that it may be that the water in the hotel is brown. In addition, we were advised not to drink it because it is contaminated by bacteria and because we are not used. It was then also the case that was hanging in the bathroom of our hotel room a note that the hotel management regrets the quality of the water, but it apparently is in all of St. Petersburg. The water was then slightly yellowish and smelled a little strict. It reminded stop at just rusty water and smelled of iron. Toothbrushing was tough at the border. The shower was not fun. The "broth" was really disgusting ...
We are on the first evening, then gone off a little and have finally landed at a Chinese restaurant.
was Then the next day sightseeing tour. Have many palaces looked and a few churches. Afternoon we went to the Hermitage. This is one of the largest museums in the world. Can it compare very well with the Louvre in Paris.
evening we were in a club. There was ska music played live with rap combined. Was all right. The next day we are
then to the Catherine Palace. Was very interesting. There was also a replica of the Amber Room, which was rather disappointing.
afternoon we had for free. There we were on St. Isaac Cathedral.
the evening are we left in the direction of Moscow. We drove through the night.
On the whole I really liked St. Petersburg. A very large city with numerous attractions. There are some huge and very wide streets there. Compared to Moscow, it seems more comfortable and has a very good cultural scene (bands, various artists, ...)
In comparison to Moscow, he also little to see police and you feel safer. Right, less police = peace of mind! It sounds paradoxical, but it really is so ... For large cities it was
in St. Petersburg and Moscow, relatively clean (except the water in St. Petersburg). Sorry we found out that actually very few Russians speak English or understand. The younger generation speaks English but sometimes a bad.

Card Reader Rb 539 Driver

Russian border

We drove west towards St. Petersburg, Russia. The snow was more along the road and it snowed every now and then. We made just before Russia even stop at a rest stop and strengthened us for the upcoming border controls (stress on the majority!).
A few hundred yards from the Finnish border control our bus driver made us aware that we should not take photographs or film. The Finnish control was relatively harmless. We all got off the bus, equipped with our passport. We did not have to wait a long time. Everyone had to switch to a single step forward and hand over the passport to the Finnish border permanent officials. The checked-in short, the data and you could durchmaschieren through the barrier. EU bye ....
We all got back in our bus and off we went through the no man's land. After about 500 m, we passed the actual border. We put our clocks back one hour before, as West, Russia has its own time zone (MSK). Shortly after we were stopped from the very first barrier. There was a Russian soldier out of a picture book in our bus. With Russian winter hat, coat, gloves and face grim. He once walked completely through the bus and we held up our passports. Check whether there really has any individual passports.
Then we moved. You could tell from the bus that you were in another country. Suddenly the power lines hung a little crazy at the poles, and hung them almost to the ground or the cable was open and looked out the different leads wild. The woods seemed to be gepfelgt not quite as good as in Finland or Sweden. Finally, we drove by even a kind of "death zone". As far as we could look was a wide swath through the woods beaten. There was a high fence with barbed wire. Again and again, watch towers, which juts out over the treetops. Then we finally came
main control. We had the bus left again and should take only our passport. The border control buildings had to wait then. Again everyone had to individually stand before a switch. This time, however, were only half as many switches open and the Russian border officials did their job thoroughly and pushed. Well ...
We had already received at our visa application with a full-page visa sticker in your passport. In the run we had to fill even our immigration card. Visa and migration card will be stamped at the border now. The organizer of the trip and the bus driver warned us again and again, that in the run already, but time and again during the bus trip: "You can loose everything, but NOT your passport! Never give it away, keep it always on your body! "
had, we all travel on a more strenuous and strained relationship with our passport and migration card.
We had to go to border control are still waiting in the building, because the bus was still examined from all sides. The trunks were all inspected ...
short time later we were finally back in our bus. 1-2 km to the main control, we were back at a barrier. Again, a border guard came on the bus, which now wanted to see the entire migration, including Visa card and two stamps.
That's it for now but. Maybe 1-1.5 hours took the Finnish-Russian border to happen. Was my opinion very creepy and kind of like in movies. So many of our prejudices were confirmed.
Now we can thus take back full speed towards St. Petersburg. Well, full speed would be excessive, because the condition of roads is partly miserable. Even as we of St. Petersburg to Moscow went where supposed to be a highway made that the shock of the bus can not be compensated from the huge road damage.

Thanksgiving and Niagara Falls

Last Thursday, 27 November was Thanksgiving in the U.S.. One of the special holiday for the Americans, almost all students, family members, which are distributed all over the country come for the long weekend at home with the family to celebrate Thanksgiving together. Very traditionally is served with almost every family a Turky with mashed potatoes and gravy as a main course, what Turkey enters the coma because it is simply done far too much food. Football runs in the traditional TV and after all the eating, the majority show a nap or watch a football.
The next day, the so-called "Black Friday" is the Christmas shopping season opened. Shops like Walmart, JCPenny, Sears and so on and so on, simply every business has reduced drastically the prices for certain items. Some shops open at 4:00 in the morning and hundreds of people are lining up hours before one of the super cheap flat screen TV or other limited items to get hold of. The sales are ongoing in most shops as of 4:00 am to 11:00 am, then what is left, if anything is left, then for the regular price sales. Deanna and I went to Walmart in Fredonia, we are just good time before the doors were opened and were able to witness arrived as hundreds of people streamed into the store at the same time are in the store a shoving and jostling, people to run as the first to be with the products.
same afternoon, my parents, Elizabeth and I drove to Niagara Falls and have spent the night there. On the same evening, Floyd, Deanna and I went to the casino, for me the first time. Elizabeth stayed in the hotel because they had vorbereiden homework and two presentations. We have "slot machines" (slot machines?) Played, I've made my CAN $ 28 CAN $ 75. The next day we went to a wine tasting at Niagara on the Lake and have then again made their way home. The annoying thing about the whole trip, is to wait at the border and to answer stupid questions from the border police.

Muscles Percentage Women

Helsinki

We will therefore start with the 2 bus from Turku, and were then about noon in the Finnish capital Helsinki. Finland has two official languages: Finnish and Swedish. This means that many Signs are bilingual, even the street signs. Also at the stores is sometimes in both languages, the name, because Finnish has almost no resemblance to the Swedish. Neither the German or English. So you can guess as anything. Finnish is supposed to be with his 16 different cases, one of the most difficult languages in the world. In the written language, I noticed that happen very often double letters, mainly for vowels, which looks very strange for us.
Finland until the beginning of the 19th Centuries under Swedish rule. By the Swedish-Russian war, the Swedes lost, it was handed over to Russia. Since 1917, it is now independent.
We went to the center to the Senate Square (photo 1). There stands the Cathedral of Helsinki, the old Senate building, the main building of the University of Helsinki and in the middle of the square is a statue of Russian Czar Alexander I..
got here then our tour guide. We made a long sightseeing tour by bus. Was quite interesting. At some points we made then a short stop for a few photos. For example, we were in the Temppeliaukio Church. This is a modern church that was in a granite rocks purely built. Reminds more of a bunker from the outside (Photo 2), but if you Once inside, you notice the great acoustics and a pleasant atmosphere (photo 3). Moreover
We drove past the residence of the President of Finland, the parliament building and many other interesting sights.
After the sightseeing tour we were allowed to check into the hotel and went immediately to explore the socks Helsinki alone yet. We walked from the Parliament building's main train station. From there, the cathedral and then to Uspensky Cathedral (photo 4). This is apparently the largest Orthodox church in Scandinavia.
We then went to the port facility back to the hotel as it was already dusk. After we rested a bit, we went out at night a little and ended up in a Mexican restaurant.
The next day we went directly after breakfast go towards St. Petersburg.

Men Nipple Pierced Mean

Back in Linköping back

So, am back in Linköping. 'm Healing from Russia and Finland returned. The road trip was wonderful! It was interesting, funny, thrilling and exciting. I can really believe in words of one not believe all the events. But it was definitely a great experience to travel both to Russia and the Road Trip ansich.
The whole thing happened to me going on Saturday a week ago, when I went with Michael and the bus to Stockholm. We were then Saturday in Gamla Stan and have been through a tour of the Reichstag, in which the Swedish Parliament is located. Was quite interesting. In the evening we were away in Södermalm. Södermalm, the southern island of Stockholm and is quite comfortable to leave. Here you will find many bars, pubs and restaurants.
Sunday was due to bad weather in Museum Day us. We visited the Vasa Museum, Music Museum and the Historical Museum. In the evening we were back on the road in Södermalm.
We slept in the City Hostel in the center, so close to the City Terminal. We have unfortunately only get 2 beds in a dormitory with 18 beds. So for two nights it was ok. Saturday wars quite rough, but Sunday it was.
Monday is Michael flown back and I've done a few things. 've Bought food, changed Russian ruble, etc. At this point I had 3 currencies in my wallet. Was something special. With the introduction of the euro that's not quite as often anymore. So Did Swedish crowns, Euros for Finland and Russian rubles.
the late afternoon I set off down the road to the Viking Line terminal. This ferry company runs mainly between Finland and Sweden.
All the participants met at the terminal by 18 clock and clock at 20.30 took off our ferry. The ferry was huge. Can be thought of as a small cruise ship. It had 10 decks and there Everything was provided. Duty-free shop, discos, live bands, karaoke, casino, restaurants, sauna, game machines and game consoles, etc. So it gets boring
a not on such a voyage. We had a 4-cabin. There, not so much Pl was atz. But for one night it perfectly adequate, and was also quite short ...
The trip will last until the morning at 7:30 Finnish time. Finland (EET) is one hour ahead of Central European Time (CET). We have invested in Turku. Turku is located on the southwestern tip of Finland, has over 100,000 inhabitants and was up to the 19th Century capital of Finland. In Turku the approximately 120 participants packed their bags on the road trip in the 2 buses Finnish tour operator. And off we went right then!

Will My Dog Die From An Enlarged Heart

Stockholm - Sunday and Monday

The next day we took the Tunnelbana - this is the subway again to Gamla Stan and then by ferry to the eastern island of Djurgarden. There is a large amusement park and an animal park including open-air museum, Gamla Linköping similar but much larger and more versatile. This park called Skansen. Since one can easily spend half a day. It has a beautiful view from then to the center of Stockholm. Many old buildings are here, can go inside the man. There are then often employees with costumes who tell stories of how life used to be and what is their work ... Really very nicely done and very interesting. And then there are all sorts of animals. In addition to bears, Wolves, moose and reindeer, can not be typical for Scandinavia animals found there. After the visit to Skansen
we walked a few feet to get to Djurgarden in the Vasa Museum. Here you will find one of the oldest sailing ships in the world. The Vasa sank on its maiden voyage in 1628 because it was subject to bad planning. The museum is really highly recommended and a must see when visiting Stockholm. You get a very good idea of the time and learn everything about the Vasa, whose occupation, destruction and recovery.
When we finished the tour were developed, we joined for a sightseeing tour by boat. As it was already something dawned we were able to Stockholm in the sunset from the water assessment and saw the lights gradually came on in the city. Stockholm is also called the Venice of the North and I am really very impressed by Stockholm. I put it there very much.
After the boat ride we then make a short home too fresh for us. I then to Christiane for pizza on the island of Södermalm. From there we made a walk after dinner on Langholmen to Kungsholmen and back again.
On Monday we actually wanted the seat of the royal family to Drottningsholmen. However, it was us just as we do not Christiane's flight and would miss our bus in the evening. We went to Stadshuset. The large Brick building located on the waterfront and is very impressive. It has many large rooms and a high tower. In the Blue Room takes place every d as banquet for Nobel awards ceremony. The city council here in Stadshuset its conference room.
Under the leadership of the Stadshuset shopping then we in the Drottningsgatan for a bit. On the whole I liked it
in Stockholm very well, I believe I am even a little in love with the city. She has so many sides and facets. A lot of culture and nature. If you have the chance again to look at Stockholm should not miss these. 3 days, one should invest at least. However, one must necessarily look at a hotel early.
New pictures are at Picasa online again ...

The first snow

I woke up this morning as I was 20cm of snow on the ground. Luckily, I had to work only half the day and could begin shortly after noon with the building of my "little" snowman. It was hard work to roll the giant ball around, but much harder it was the second ball to get to the first, she was able to pick definitely too heavy for it to get, much too big, so I think of something and it rolled to the first plan, but it is also extremely difficult alone. The head of my snowman is so high that I had to at least stand on a bucket to him something to model after. The first head I have placed is equal to the other side dropped, but there was more than enough snow to roll farther by a head.

Deed Of Variation Lease

Stockholm - the Saturday

I was with Chris and Corbi end of September for a long weekend in Stockholm. We are Saturday morning with the Swebus after a 3-hour journey arrived in Stockholm at the City Terminal. There we then bought a 72h ticket for city driving.
Prior we had already picked out a youth hostel and booked, as is booked in Stockholm very much. It is not just a relatively short central hostel is conveniently available. But we were lucky and have a very good catch. Stockholm consists of 14 islands and even on one of them is a former prison, almost like Alcatraz. And this former prison was converted into a hotel and youth mountains. Really is very pretty and not too far from the center. We had a cell with three beds and private bath. Was really great times and return to a great experience Ardines behind Swedish G ... If
then on Saturday in Gamla Stan, the old run-around. This is the central island of Stockholm, which connects Lake Mälaren with the Baltic. Since the Lake Mälaren higher by a good six meters as the Baltic Sea, the ships could not go into the country. Thus, all goods were transported across the small island, which was probably one of the main reasons for the importance and development of Stockholm. In today's Gamla
Stan, there are many studios and art exhibitions. Of course, it is crossed by many tourist shops.
the evening we have made even a sightseeing tour of Stockholm. We have become an open double-decker bus drove along with audio guide.
evening we met up yet with 3 other Germans from Linköping, who also visited Stockholm. We went together to eat a Chinese. After Chinese we went walking on the Kungsgatan (King Street). This is so as in almost every town in Sweden, the entertainment center. The Drottningsgatan ("Queen Street") is usually the shopping area. Last
are we still on a small observation tower in Södermalm, from which we had a lovely view over the city at night.
Sunday and Monday is coming soon ... pictures are the first in the slideshow ...

Where To Find Clips Movies Of Jesse Jane

tires with studs

In Sweden, we may, in contrast to Germany on car tires have spikes. Ie in the tire casing are incorporated small steel pins. We must each this year from the 1 October use. Sweden is one of the few countries that have no speed limit with spikes.
In this season the very many cars with spikes. This is heard very good because the engine noise is much louder. It may be of comparable volume, as when a car cobbled over it goes.
straight vessels of company or the public service have all the spikes on the tires, so even as the police cars.
One reason they were abolished in Germany is probably the most damage to roads. Ruts are apparently much faster. Of which there are plenty in Sweden.
Some also have spikes on the bike ...

Skype Confidentiality

first snow and cinema

Yesterday it snowed for the first time. Towards evening really fat snowflakes fell from the sky. The ground was too warm, however, only came about an ordinary snow.
Some students were very excited and ran with their cameras out of their houses. Perhaps some to first seen snow.
was it like in Germany? Did not even partly snowed yesterday in Germany?

We are in the evening to the movies. Were 9 German and a Swede, and took a bus to downtown. There, we then looked at Baader-Meinhof Complex. The international films and series are not so synchronized in Sweden in Swedish, but provided jediglich with Swedish subtitles. So it was for us German again pleasant to watch a movie in German and the Swede was the subject quite interesting. However, cinema
is not cheap. A normal cinema ticket costs 100 SEK, they do not sell beer and cinema is the way in Swedish "biographical" or simply "organic".
The movie I liked, and it lasts about 2 hours and by the frequent change of location is something moves. But very interesting and it gives a good overview of all the RAF's history.

I Want To Make Thermocol Cutting Tool? Any Help?

Oktoberfest and pig roast

on Tuesday was in the HG - that's a student bar - a small Oktoberfest. It was organized by the German Language Centre of the University. Was a really good thing. Welcome to gabs a half Hofbräuhaus Oktoberfest beer and pretzels on the tables were. In addition, a brass band played songs beer tent. So you felt like at home. Me before the whole thing surreal, because I knew I'm in Sweden, but all I saw and heard did not fit to Sweden :-)
The Most of the guests were German. Almost exclusively German, some Austrian, a Swiss couple, a couple Sweden, learned German. I sat next to two also from Bavaria.
to eat gabs then cured meat with fried potatoes and sauerkraut. Hmmm, that was again good.
Although I must mention that last Saturday Corbi and I made a roast pork with dumplings and red cabbage. He was also great. Have left us out recipes from the Internet and simply try again. Worked straight away, so for the first pork dumplings and the first was all very tasty ...
The Oktoberfest was of course sung again and again to the songs, a couple of games were also made: Pumping beer mugs, beer mug sliding Oktoberfest quiz ....
was really funny and very organized was great.
was also very good times to feel a bit of home again, especially now, when about half of my stay, Sweden.

Address Kmbd Bus Stop

Allegheny National Forrest

On the first weekend in October is Elizabeth, her parents and I drove into the Allegheny National Park to spend the weekend. On the Saturday the 4th October, a cousin of Elizabeth's mother married in the park, that was the real reason why we have spent the weekend. Early October and the weather has set on time and Autumn. The first night was very cold and because we have brought very little fire wood, we had a lot of money for firewood in the park, supermarket shopping, so we did not have to freeze a lot. As you can see from the pictures, the lodge is where we have respect not just about the Waldorf, but it has its charm. Now we know on what must be adjusted if there spent the night, the best are the "outside toilets" (the out house), I am afraid more than of the bears. Because it has fallen to us but we must prepare ourselves and just better to have Elizabeth and I already made plans for long weekend next year. The park is really nice and you can do so many good things, walking, hiking, cycling, rowing fishing, and winter can be good long-run ski and vielle more.

How Much Would Plans For A Porch Cost

Cloetta Candy

The Swedes may very sweet tooth. The so-called "Godis" are everywhere to buy. There are shops that sell only sweets and there are in every supermarket shelves just 1-2 with sweets. These are not packaged, but are loose in an open shelf. You can then, as in an old Kramer-store with a spade shovel the candy in a bag. Many so buy her sweets from the children to seniors.
Cloetta is a major manufacturer of candy. The most famous product of Cloetta is probably KEX. That is the chocolate biscuit in the yellow packaging, there are at IKEA.
Cloetta was founded by three Swiss brothers built it in 1862 and 1901 in Ljungsbro a large factory and headquarters.
In the open-air museum Old Linköping is also a chocolate factory and a small museum. There you can see how chocolate was made in the last 100 years.
Cloetta is also the main sponsor of the Hockey Club in Linköping. The relatively new hockey rink with hence the name "Cloetta Center.
